Supervising the day-to-day workload of the patient administration team which includes psychological wellbeing assistants, the role holder will ensure administrative duties are prioritised and achieved in a timely fashion providing coaching where required to provide a great standard of service to our patients and Therapists. Alongside, the duties of Administrator, the role holder will continually explore ways of improving efficiency, oversee the implementation of new software and systems and develop their teams in our growing service. To summarise the Lead Patient Administrator role, the primary purpose is to actively manage the administrative processes of the Talking Therapies service, support therapists, line managers & the service manager to ensure all the relevant documentation is in place, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for patients throughout their treatment by DHC. The Lead Patient Administrator will work with the Management team to ensure that the Services Admin needs are well met and provide effective line management for their team.
