Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies team and being a key role in supporting the management team. Using own initiative, managing, prioritising, planning and organising own time, using extensive knowledge, skills and experience. Accurately co-ordinating medical information to expedite the continuing care of the patients. Responsible for the continuance of the service in the office, maintaining the highest standards to the mutual benefit of the patients and DHC.

It is essential that the post holder exercises initiative and independent judgement whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times without immediate access to line supervision. In addition the post holder is co-responsible for managing, maintaining and administering various data sources, which may include waiting lists, caseloads, or clinical reporting. Responsible for ensuring accurate data is recorded for national target requirements.
