About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Administrator to join our Talking Therapies team at Dorking Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our therapists and patients, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Talking Therapies team, including managing patient data, waiting lists, and caseloads.
- Coordinate information to expedite the continuing care of patients, ensuring accurate data recording for national target requirements.
- Liaise with patients, GPs, therapists, and external agencies to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Manage day-to-day queries and waitlist management of clients, providing a positive impact on their care and experience.
Person Specification
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven administration experience, preferably in a healthcare or care environment.
- Good standard of general education and knowledge of a range of software programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of confidentiality and diplomacy.
