About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Outbound Sales team in Knutsford. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, motivating the team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team.
  • Ensure all calls comply with the company's procedures and FCA regulations.
  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the team, while assessing and leveraging individual strengths and addressing areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Sales Executives.
  • Manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance, with each team member expected to achieve a minimum of 2 sales per day.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to enhance individual and team performance, fostering a positive and competitive environment.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years minimum experience of managing a target-driven sales team.
  • Experience within a B2C setting (Business to Consumer).
  • Experience of being able to motivate, train, and develop junior sales staff.
