Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Business Support Specialist to join our team at Verisk. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering contracted Business-As-Usual support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze information related to client requirements pertaining to incidents and service requests using IT Service Management tooling.
  • Elevate and engage with Technical Support, development, and service delivery management teams as required to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our business processes and associated products to provide expert support to clients.
  • Enhance product knowledge and help center articles to support both business and technical understanding.
  • Prioritize issues according to business impact and workload, and escalate within the Business Support team as needed.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure contract service level agreements and client expectations are met.
  • Attend regular client meetings and engage with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.
  • Provide basic levels of training as needed internally and externally.
  • Visit client offices and work remotely alongside clients as needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Participate in Service transition, ensuring readiness for projects moving to BAU.
  • Raise any risks with senior management or via standard process.
  • Ensure client data is secure and properly managed.
  • Manage commercial and contractual engagement, including relationship management.
  • Negotiate and renew contractual agreements without support.
  • Manage all-sized client relationships independently.
  • Understand and experience the software delivery lifecycle, with experience in one or more functional roles.
  • Experience with Salesforce to manage client relationships and pipeline.
