We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Miller Insurance Services LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth processing of insurance premiums and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Premium Processing: Organize and process insurance premiums, documentation, and records in our system, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Market Documentation: Ensure that market documentation is closed in a timely manner, with particular attention to Premium Payment Warranty provisions and diary management.
- London Market Insurance: Prepare and submit London Market Insurance documentation, including LPANs and supporting documents to Xchanging.
- Client Support: Provide technical support and resolution to clients, markets, credit control, claims, and the business unit, ensuring the client's best interests are maintained.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management as required.
- Diary Management: Maintain a diary system to ensure files are appropriately progressed.
