Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Coordinator to join our team at Capio Recruitment Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our insurance operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the insurance operations team, including filing client correspondence, updating quotation forms, and compliance checks.
  • Assist with the preparation of pre-renewal changes on forms received from clients, chasing up renewal instructions and aged debt.
  • Read and send reports, file documents, and stay on top of emails.
  • Provide support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft filing systems.
  • At least one year of experience in insurance, ideally in private clients.
  • Administrator experience.
