About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team at Miller Insurance Services LLP. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of insurance premiums and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Premium Processing: Organize and process insurance premiums, including the maintenance of records to monitor missing items.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure that market documentation is closed in a timely manner, making particular note of Premium Payment Warranty provisions and diarizing as appropriate.
  • Insurance Documentation: Prepare and submit London Market Insurance documentation, including submission of LPANs and supporting documents to Xchanging.
  • Client Support: Review, monitor, and provide resolution to technical questions from clients, markets, credit control, claims, and the business unit, ensuring the client's best interests are maintained.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide updates and progress reports to management as required.
  • Diary Management: Maintain a diary system to ensure that files are appropriately progressed.
