  • Develop a deep understanding of our department processes and be proficient in executing and adhering to them.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to investigate and resolve complex issues, escalating as needed to technical support and development teams.
  • Collect and analyze client requirements through IT Service Management tooling, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
  • Enhance product knowledge and contribute to the development of help center articles to support both business and technical understanding.
  • Prioritize issues based on business impact and workload, ensuring timely resolution and meeting contract service level agreements.
  • Attend regular client meetings and engage with key stakeholders in projects and client support teams.
  • Provide basic levels of training as needed, both internally and externally.
  • Visit client offices and work remotely as required, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in service transition, ensuring readiness for projects moving to BAU.
  • Identify and escalate risks to senior management or via standard process.
  • Ensure client data security and proper management.

  • Senior C-level engagement experience with at least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Significant experience in commercial and contractual engagement, including relationship management.
  • Able to manage initial negotiation and renewal of contractual agreements without support.
  • Global Speciality Insurance Market experience within either a vendor or client role.
  • Experience managing a global enterprise relationship with greater than £1M per annum spend and complex multilayer relationships.
  • Specialist focus on specific products as a trusted advisor at Client C-level.
  • Informed and aware of all Sequel Products, practice, and roadmaps.
