ROLE

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at London Security Services (UK) Ltd. The ideal candidate will manage the recruitment lifecycle, develop and implement HR strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and best practices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Overseeing the performance appraisal system and conducting performance review meetings.
  • Ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations.
  • Monitoring employee performance metrics, including attendance and leave.
  • Addressing disciplinary matters and formal complaints.
  • Reviewing and establishing compensation structures and employee benefits.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Higher Educational qualification (degrees, diplomas, or NVQ).
  • Previous experience in a general HR role.
  • Proven knowledge of the recruitment process.
