Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Personal Bankers in our multiple branches.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to existing clients and acquire new clients by developing and strengthening relationships.
  • Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Utilize client referrals, internal networks, and personal relationships to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Establish and Maintain High Standards of Customer Care: Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints, and maintain high standards of customer care.
  • Cross-Sell Products and Services: Regularly contact and build relationships with existing clients to cross-sell products and services.
  • Foster a Welcoming and Professional Atmosphere: Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the banking hall.
  • Support Business Development Initiatives: Promote and attend events to support business development initiatives.
  • Process New Account Applications: Process new account applications, including NRI and postal service requests.
  • Prepare and Maintain Accurate Records and Reports: Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Operate Cash and Maintain the Cash Register: Operate cash and maintain the cash register.
  • Process Remittances and Maintain AML Formats: Process remittances and maintain AML formats.
  • Provide Cover for Clerical Staff: Provide cover for clerical staff as needed.
