We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Manley Court Bupa Care Home. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and assist with all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update individual care plans for our residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records.
- Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the care home team, fostering a sense of community and promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and promote our services.
- Hold a valid UK NMC pin and commit to ongoing professional development.
- Understand the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives and promote independence, choice, and dignity.
