Clinical Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at our luxury care home in Wanstead, East London.
About the RoleAs a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to oversee the clinical operations of the home, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire the care team, overseeing clinical operations and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring a high standard of care is provided.
- Monitor clinical care standards, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and policies.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Conduct regular audits, including medication management and care plans, to ensure best practices.
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager with:
- Qualification as a Registered General Nurse with a current and valid NMC pin number.
- Proven management experience within a care home setting.
- Strong clinical skills with an understanding of CQC requirements, Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults, HSE (Health & Safety Executive) requirements, and other relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and a positive, flexible, and innovative attitude.
