Senior Project Coordinator

Location: Remote / Hybrid role

The landscape of energy is evolving, and we are in search of a seasoned Senior Project Coordinator to assist in the execution of Electric Vehicle (EV) and Digital initiatives across our organization, delivering a diverse array of solutions to our clients. You will be engaged in managing multiple intricate projects, from initial concept to final delivery. Your role will involve ensuring that specified products and services are delivered within established timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will supervise both the physical systems and their implementations, as well as the subsequent process and organizational changes, ensuring that these changes are effectively integrated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive installation project plan for standard initiatives while assisting with more complex projects and/or key accounts.
  • Facilitate the installation delivery for standard EV, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), and digital payment solutions, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that projects are executed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
  • Evaluate the performance, health and safety, and quality of selected contractors, providing reports to the project management team as necessary.
  • Support the design team as required, offering site-level insights into construction design, preferably in electrical systems.
  • Oversee and assess all operational risks at the site level, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Projects will encompass installations of parking equipment, ANPR systems, contract mobilization, data migration, and the integration of digital payment solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in delivering Electrical Installation Projects with a strong history of effective team management.
  • Several years of Project Management experience in a comparable role, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Essential knowledge of EV Charging with a strong enthusiasm for Electric Vehicles and related Infrastructure projects.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering or a technical discipline is preferred, along with strong IT skills or qualifications equivalent to NVQ/C&G level 3 in electrical installation.

Certifications & Experience:

  • BS7671 Certification.
  • Solid understanding of Construction Design Management (CDM) responsibilities throughout project delivery.
