**In this role you will**:

- Strategy delivery: Implementing initiatives as part of strategies to ensure the successful recruitment and retention of customers and Distributors and growth in product sales and revenue
- Relationship management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with Distributors across the region and Country Directors / GMs and Field Sales teams to understand their needs and challenges
- DMOs and Flow support: Supporting local market teams and Distributors to identify growth and improvement opportunities within existing and new DMOs, including Nutrition Clubs and Marathons, and solutions to support Distributors with their flow
- Project management: Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including timelines, internal and external stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
- Collaboration: Partnering with peers, colleagues and wider teams, across worldwide, in the region and local markets, such as Product, Promotions, Communications, Content, Events, Operations, Legal, Country Directors and more to align key requirements with the Distributor Success plan
- Metrics and Analysis: Partnering with key stakeholders to analyse DMO performance metrics and create engaging ways to share the analysis with GMs and local markets
- Market knowledge and trends: Continual research of emerging trends, success stories and growth opportunities within local markets with the potential to scale, through being present at Clubs, Masterclasses, local events, DMOs, etc.

**Our requirements**:

- Degree in business administration, management, marketing or a related field (beneficial)
- Certification in project management (beneficial)
- Experience in a field / market role in a MLM or Direct selling company, dealing directly with Distributors
- Experience managing projects and delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of a European market within the Health, Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition sector
- Experience of a business operating in multiple markets with nuances around culture, language, etc
- Fast paced and proactive
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong virtual and in-person presentation skills
- Highly confident to engage directly with Distributors
- Adaptable and receptive to feedback
- Creative

- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends where required
