Project Coordinator

WJ Nestle is located in West London and provides a wide range of property and real estate services including lettings, sales and planning consultancy. We are actively seeking a proactive, outgoing and motivated Project Coordinator having relevant experience in commercial & residential development and renovation projects. The majority of our projects are based in London, however we do assist our clients with their projects in other parts of the UK. This Project Coordinator role will require travelling from site to site as well as office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s) "end to end". Activities to include but not be limited to budgeting, procurement, tendering and other administration activities.
- Organise labour and scheduling.
- Ensure the quality of work on site is always up to good standards.
- Be responsible for sourcing materials and ensuring mínimal wastage on site and reporting back on Material cost trends.
- Liaise with clients, architects, designers and building control, inter alia.
- Have a good understanding on various aspects of building, from foundations to plumbing all the way to decorating.
- Manage the logístical requirements for all aspects of the project.
- Ensuring the project is on budget and on program.
- Keeping track of all change and cost orders.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
- Provide timely weekly reports to the director as to progress on site.
- Provide monthly management reviews.

- Experience in managing project timescales and scope.
- Experience of Project and Programme Management
- Good working knowledge level of MS Excel and the rest of the MS Office Suite.
- Full UK Driving license is essential
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proven experience in a related field
- Working knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach to client relationship management.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
