Job Summary

Admiral Insurance Plc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of internal accounts, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of internal accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their car finance goals and to provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively provide updates on account status and relevant industry information.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and the seamless execution of client requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer service, to deliver timely and accurate solutions to clients.
  • Analyze client challenges and provide effective problem-solving strategies that align with company policies and industry best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, presenting appropriate solutions and upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor account health and engage in initiatives to enhance client retention and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent sales skills and ability to deliver results.
  • Great communicator, with a charismatic vision for all things motor.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Challenge the status quo.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to learn and develop in yourself.
  • Familiar with BB distribution channels.
  • Preferable experience within the Motor Finance industry.
  • Sound analytical skillset.
  • Experience/good knowledge of: Sales methodology Changing landscape of the regulatory environment Digital innovation Electrification of the UK Car Park

What We Offer

  • Days holiday (including banks holidays) when you join us, and this will increase with length of service, up to a maximum of days (including banks holidays).
