We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at IQVIA. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and directing the Intravenous Iron landscape in the South Wales and South West area.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to maximize opportunities and investments in the defined therapy areas.
- Provide high-quality commercial support to customers, including negotiation and sales skills.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and NHS policies, both local and national.
- Proactively review current positions and provide solutions to ensure the use of our client's products.
- Work autonomously and independently to drive sales and achieve targets in secondary care.
- Experience working autonomously to achieve targets in secondary care, with full accountability for sales.
- Proven track record of sales representative/KAM experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Cardiovascular or nephrology experience is essential.
- Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
- ABPI qualification.
- High level of selling, commercial acumen, and negotiating skills.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with all business partners.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the product, disease area, and customer environment, including NHS budgetary and planning processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
