Key Account Manager

Admiral Money is seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the secured car finance industry in the UK. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of internal accounts, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of internal accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure a deep understanding of their car finance goals and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively provide updates on account status and relevant industry information.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring clear communication and the seamless execution of client requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer service, to deliver timely and accurate solutions to clients.
- Analyze client challenges and provide effective problem-solving strategies that align with company policies and industry best practices.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients, presenting appropriate solutions and upsell opportunities.
- Proactively monitor account health and engage in initiatives to enhance client retention and loyalty.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to deliver results.

- Familiar with BB distribution channels.
- Preferable experience within the Motor Finance industry.
- Sound analytical skillset.
