Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Admiral Insurance Plc. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of internal accounts, facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of internal accounts to ensure exceptional customer service and retention.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their car finance goals and provide ongoing support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure clear communication and the seamless execution of client requests.
- Identify opportunities to expand the scope of services provided to clients and present appropriate solutions and upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Excellent sales skills and ability to deliver results.
- Great communicator, with a charismatic vision for all things motor.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to learn and develop in yourself.
- Familiar with BB distribution channels.
- Preferable experience within the Motor Finance industry.
- Sound analytical skillset.
