About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Kitchen Leader to join our team at Zizzi. As Assistant Head Chef, you will play a key role in leading the kitchen team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume leadership of the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring seamless operation and high standards of food quality.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and kitchen procedures to drive menu innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan and prepare meals, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, maintaining profitability and adhering to company standards.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive kitchen culture that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.
