Job Summary
We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to work in our kitchen team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to a high standard, working closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure that our menu is consistently delivered to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
- Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure that the kitchen is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard and that customers are satisfied with their meals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen.Excellent cooking skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.What We Offer
