Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of various HR functions, providing strategic guidance to senior management, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management on HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management, including investigations into employee complaints.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes, developing and delivering HR training programs.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and industry trends.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an HR Advisor in a senior capacity and be fully MCIPD qualified (Level 5) or equivalent. You will have notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings, and absence management. Strong understanding of employee relations and talent management is essential, along with proficiency in HR software and systems.
