About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Morson Talent. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business partners and stakeholders to achieve their objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company's objectives, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive business success.
  • Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, driving business performance and growth.
  • Manage HR metrics and report on key HR data to senior management, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CIPD qualification, demonstrating a high level of expertise in HR.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or production industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's specific HR challenges.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment, with a strong ability to navigate complex HR issues.
Working Conditions

This is an office-based role, requiring a high level of professionalism and discretion.
