Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of various HR functions, including employee relations, talent management, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations
    • Provide HR guidance to management on employee relations matters, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and performance management.
    • Investigate employee complaints and provide recommendations for resolution.
  • Talent Management
    • Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and performance.
    • Provide coaching and development support to employees to improve performance and achieve goals.

Requirements

  • Qualifications
    • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management.
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
