We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at SGS. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert HR guidance to management, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures, driving employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and case work, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, providing strategic advice to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong background in employee relations and case management.
- Full CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems, with a strong analytical mindset.
