HR Business Partner

SGS is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and case work.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Manage employee relations and performance management, including investigations into employee complaints.
- Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and HR best practices to ensure compliance.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong background in employee relations and case management.
- CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
