Job Title: HR Advisor

SGS is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance to management on compliance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including CIPD qualifications (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, with the ability to analyze data for management insights.
