Job Title: HR Advisor

SGS is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and case work.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management, including investigations into employee complaints.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with HR best practices.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, with a strong background in employee relations and case management.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
