Job Title: QHSSE Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QHSSE Business Partner to join our UK Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality and Safety, with a proven track record of developing and implementing QHSSE standards, policies, and systems within UK operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review, develop, and implement QHSSE standards, policies, and systems within UK operations
  • Work in partnership with Business Partners and managers to maintain and deliver the internal QHSSE audit programmes
  • Complete inspections and audits to ensure compliance with QHSSE standards
  • Work on a number of significant diverse and wide-ranging projects
  • Deliver consistent and effective internal audit processes
Requirements:
  • Relevant HSE professional qualification, e.g., NEEBOSH Certificate, British Safety Council Diploma in Safety Management, NVQ4 in Occupational Safety & Health Management, or equivalent
  • Relevant Quality professional qualification, e.g., Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent
  • Relevant Lead Auditor qualification - 9001 / 45000 / 17025
  • Full UK Driving License
Experience:
  • Operating within a multi-disciplined and diverse service organization
  • Significant practical experience in developing and auditing QHSSE management systems
  • Working knowledge of relevant QHSSE standards (ISO 9001, 17025, 17065, 17020, 14001, 45001)
