Job Summary:

As a Senior HR Advisor at SGS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. You will be responsible for providing HR guidance to management, implementing effective HR policies and procedures, driving employee engagement initiatives, and providing strategic HR guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a senior capacity.
  • Full MCIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings, and absence management.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and talent management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused, and skilled in data analysis for management insights.
