Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team at SGS. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.
  • Implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations and performance management.
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints.
  • Develop and deliver HR training programs.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor in a senior capacity.
  • Full MCIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
  • Notable experience in employee relations and case work, performance management, capability, disciplinary hearings and absence management.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations and talent management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Highly motivated, customer-focused and skilled in data analysis for management insights.
