- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions.
- Manage Employee Relations and Performance Management
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Develop and implement performance management processes.
- Lead Recruitment and Selection Processes
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions.
- Oversee Employee Onboarding and Orientation Programs
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs.
- Ensure new employees receive a warm welcome and thorough orientation.
- Conduct Investigations and Develop HR Training Programs

Requirements
- Proven Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
- Qualifications
- MCIPD qualification (Level 5) or equivalent.
- Skills and Attributes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
