We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to lead and inspire a team of care assistants at Methodist Homes. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing

Requirements:
