Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care and support to residents

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced care professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care and support to older adults. As a minimum, you will hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3. You will also have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
