Senior Care Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Mayfields, Ellesmere Port. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities that promote health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Previous care experience, with a focus on leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A kind, warm, and caring nature, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
