Unit Manager Opportunity

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a skilled Unit Manager to lead our care and nursing teams in delivering high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the unit's care and nursing teams to ensure the medical, physical, and emotional needs of residents are met.
  2. Provide strong leadership to maintain and continuously develop high standards of care and drive continuous improvement.
  3. Oversee and manage all clinical elements and risks on the unit.
  4. Ensure care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed in a timely manner.
  5. Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to the unit.

Requirements:

  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
