We are seeking a highly skilled Veterinary Surgeon to lead our team in Ellesmere Port. As our Clinical Governance Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical care are met through coaching and mentoring, and clinical governance. You will work closely with our Practice Manager and Lead Nurse to foster a caring and nurturing working environment. Key responsibilities include evaluating clinic KPIs and P&L, ensuring optimal performance and the continued success of the hospital. About Animal Trust:

Clinical Expertise: Possess a strong clinical skillset with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
