Veterinary Learning Coordinator

Are you a dynamic and experienced veterinary professional ready to play a key role in shaping the future of veterinary education? We are exclusively recruiting a Veterinary Learning Co-ordinator for our client who are leaders in providing education services for veterinary professionals.
This is an exciting position for a veterinary surgeon to play a key role within the business.
As the Veterinary Learning Co-ordinator, you will work from head office full time Monday to Friday and will be paid a salary of up to £38k+ You will receive a company pension, 25 days holiday and a day off for your birthday. You will spearhead the development of innovative CPD programmes for veterinary surgeons and vet nurses. This exciting opportunity involves optimising existing PgCert Programmes and introducing new topics to our client's expanding range.
As Veterinary Learning Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Optimising existing programmes
- Liaising with course tutors and University staff
- Coordinating assessment schedules
- Providing support for students on the PgCert programmes
- Attending practical sessions at our client's training centre
Additionally, you will contribute to the development and delivery of all areas of veterinary CPD provision, encompassing practical attendance courses and online formats.
For this role of Veterinary Learning Coordinator we would love to see CV's from people:
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective communication with vets, tutors, academics, and sponsors.
- Exhibit a focused and committed approach to playing a key role in the development of the PgCert Programme and Online area of our client's business.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrate organisational efficiency and the ability to take full responsibility for course logistics and communication.
- Be a proactive problem solver, thriving on challenges.
- Bring extensive experience in small animal practice, understanding the daily challenges faced by customers.
- Excel as a team player in a small, committed team environment.
This full-time position requires flexibility for attending courses, assisting with evening webinars, and meeting deadlines in certain areas.
