Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting social skills.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong understanding of their diverse needs and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
