Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Ellesmere Port. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs, helping them overcome learning barriers and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support during lessons, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a sense of belonging and promoting social skills.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and progress.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs, with a strong understanding of their diverse needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support are highly desirable.
