Medical Receptionist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Medical Receptionist to join our team at Belgrave Medical Centre. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing telephone calls, ensuring that callers are answered courteously and promptly.
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Assist with the smooth running of reception and ensure efficient delivery of services to patients.
- Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors.
- Work closely with other reception staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a GP practice or primary care setting.
- Experience of using SystmOne or similar clinical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
