About the Position

At Midwich, our marketing division operates uniquely, resembling a creative agency with a team of over 20 skilled professionals, each excelling in various disciplines. Our collective expertise spans Events, Design, PR, and Delivery, allowing us to execute outstanding marketing initiatives.

We are in search of a Client Marketing Manager who merges innovative thinking with strategic insight, possesses organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail, and is adept at managing budgets while fostering strong partnerships.

As an integral part of our Client Services team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies for a selection of prominent AV brands. This is an opportunity to uncover new prospects, spearhead impactful campaigns, and evolve alongside a cutting-edge marketing team.

You will collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Account Manager to design and implement campaigns that provide substantial value. You will also serve as the primary contact for your assigned brands, ensuring that every project not only meets but surpasses expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the briefing and approval process for all creative materials, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration with the broader team.
  • Guarantee that the quality of briefs submitted to the Delivery Team is thorough, precise, insightful, and inspiring.
  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing innovative campaigns while maintaining high service standards.
  • Exhibit strong relationship-building capabilities with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Instill confidence and demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude across all facets of the role.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your designated brands.
  • Be self-driven and stay informed about market and industry trends to effectively perform your role.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable marketing position.
  • Ability to manage relationships effectively while delivering projects to the highest standards.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven success in a similar role, whether in a client-side or agency environment.
  • Adaptable and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Solid process and project management abilities.
  • Capable of adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competence in understanding data and confidently presenting ROI.
