About the role

Midwich is not your typical marketing department - we are structured like a creative agency, comprising 20+ talented individuals specialising in different areas. From Events and Design to PR and Delivery, we have a diverse team working together to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns.


We’re looking for a Marketing Account Manager who combines creativity with strategic thinking, organisational discipline with an eye for detail, and the ability to manage budgets while building strong relationships.


As a key member of our Client Services team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the marketing plans for a portfolio of leading AV brands. This is your chance to identify new opportunities, drive impactful campaigns and grow alongside an innovative, best-in-class marketing team.


You'll be reporting to and working closely with our Senior Marketing Account Manager to craft and execute campaigns that deliver real value. You'll also be the first point of contact for your brands, ensuring that every project not only meets but exceeds expectations.


What you will be doing in this role

  • Manage the briefing and approval of all creative assets within the deadline and ensure all assets are approved and delivered on time, working closely with the wider team.
  • Ensure the quality of briefs to the Delivery Team is robust, accurate, well thought-through, insightful and inspiring.
  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the creation of innovative campaigns and ensuring service levels are maintained at a high level.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Instil confidence and demonstrate a pro-active and can-do attitude across all areas of the role.
  • Act as the first point of contact for your brands.
  • Be self-motivated and keep abreast of market/industry trends to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to perform your role effectively.


What you will bring to the role

  • You have proven experience in a similar marketing role.
  • You can strongly and effectively manage relationships while delivering projects to the highest standard.
  • A self-starter.
  • An excellent eye for detail.
  • A proven track record in a similar style of role, whether it be client or agency-based.
  • Flexible and able to remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong communicator and able to work with people at all levels outside and within the business.
  • Good process and project management skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good ability to understand data and to be able to present ROI confidently.
