Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management
- Communicate clearly and support existing business contracts to ensure client satisfaction.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, customers, products, and services.
- Sales and Marketing
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
- Foster and develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and partners.
- Business Development
- Be hands-on when required and work collaboratively within all areas of the business.
- Attend exhibitions and fairs to promote products and services.
- Experience in a business development/account manager role, ideally with a production/manufacturing background.
- Dedication and commitment to forging strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- A strategic approach to promote business development and maintain the existing client base.
- Resourceful and able to research the market to identify credible leads.
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Sage 200 and the Microsoft Suite.
- A valid UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points.
