Domiciliary Care Branch Manager Opportunity

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Branch Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional care services to our clients.

About the Role:

  • Create a positive and productive work environment that fosters high-quality staff retention and effective team collaboration.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a domiciliary care setting, with a strong track record of business growth and development.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent business acumen, with a strong desire to develop and grow our domiciliary care services.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
