Estate Agency Business Developer

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agent to join our team as an Area Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and developing the Estate Agency profile in a designated core area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local business contacts and stakeholders to generate referrals and instructions.
- Work closely with our sales negotiators, sales progression, and admin staff to ensure a seamless customer journey from valuation to completion.
- Utilize our super hub office and healthy marketing budget to convert market appraisal opportunities into instructions.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience.
