We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to lead our successful team in Diss, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our estate agency branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities- Branch Leadership: Lead and manage the daily operations of the estate agency branch, ensuring a high standard of service and excellent customer experience.
- Sales Target Setting: Set and monitor sales targets for the team, motivating and supporting staff to achieve goals and exceed performance expectations.
- Business Development: Drive business development initiatives, generating leads, securing new listings, and increasing market share in the local area.
- Client Relationships: Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Staff Management: Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare reports on branch performance, including financial data, sales figures, and market insights for senior management.
- Experience: Proven experience in estate agency, with a strong understanding of property sales, lettings, and valuations.
- Leadership: Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within an estate agency is essential.
- Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members alike.

- Salary: Basic salary of £28,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
