Your Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base, contributing to the growth of the business.
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work environment that attracts and retains high-quality staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Maintain strict adherence to CQC standards, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to stay abreast of best practices within the industry and implement innovative care approaches.
- Work closely with senior management, providing regular updates on performance metrics and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals.
- Minimum NVQ Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience working within a domiciliary care setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sector.
- Excellent business acumen with a passion for developing and expanding care services.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership skills, coupled with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
