Virtual Learning and Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our award-winning Learning and Development team at Ardonagh Advisory, providing learning to our stakeholders through a blended approach.
You will implement and drive key initiatives around Acturis system development, providing training and development services for new users to help them achieve their full potential, ensuring company-wide consistency and supporting company aims.
This role is home-based, but may require travel to our offices around the UK throughout the year for in-person meetings and training.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and mitigate bad practice and local processes leading to efficiencies from the system.
- Complete Training Needs Analysis with all regions, to identify knowledge gaps, providing a detailed report highlighting findings, recommendations, and options, and then bridge these with effective learning content.
- Support with Acturis change projects and drive the outputs through the sites.
- Produce legislative and regulatory compliant learning and development plans to meet business objectives.
We are looking for someone with great communication and organizational skills, experience of stakeholder management, and a proven track record in the design and delivery of virtual learning.
